What You'll Do Daily
Prospecting & Research
Build targeted lists of C-level executives and key decision-makers
Research industry trends, emerging target accounts, competitor landscapes, and business triggers
Leverage multiple databases and social channels for prospect intelligence
Bilingual advantage: Navigate both English and French business networks seamlessly
Outreach & Relationship Building
Conduct multi-touch campaigns via phone, email, LinkedIn, and video in French or English
Handle objections and qualify prospects using consultative selling techniques
Book qualified meetings between prospects and Account Executives
Cultural expertise: Adapt communication style to Quebec business culture and preferences
Learning & Collaboration
Stay current on SAP solutions through webinars and training sessions
Collaborate with inside sales and marketing on campaign follow-up

What We're Looking For
Essential Qualities
Perfect bilingualism - Fluent French and English (written and spoken) - MANDATORY
Sales hunger - You're motivated by targets and thrive on the thrill of the hunt
Cultural intelligence - You understand Quebec business culture and can build authentic relationships
Resilience - You bounce back from rejection and stay persistent
Communication skills - You can engage C-level executives professionally in both languages
Preferred Background
1-2 years in lead generation, inside sales, or customer-facing roles
University/college degree in business, marketing, finance, or related field (exceptions made for exceptional candidates)
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Familiarity with B2B enterprise sales cycles
Bonus: Previous experience engaging Quebec or French-Canadian markets
Ideal Candidate Profile
Native or near-native fluency in both French and English
Comfortable building relationships over phone, email, and video calls in both languages
