Talent Acquisition Coordinator

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support the end-to-end recruitment process by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, assisting with sourcing / talent pool management and administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow in HR and talent acquisition.
How You’ll Help
Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple calendars and time zones
Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience
Collaborate with TA Partners to support recruitment efforts for high volume roles through sourcing, resume review and phone interviews
Preparing and posting job ads
Actively maintain candidate pools to ensure a positive candidate experience
Prepare and send offer letters
Assist with recruitment reporting and metrics tracking
Participate in recruiting events, job fairs, and employer branding initiatives
Support additional TA related projects as needed
Your Skills & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
1–2 years of experience in HR, recruiting, or an administrative role
Previous experience in a fast-paced, environment required
Familiarity with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Tech-savvy: Comfortable with Outlook, Excel, and Oracle
A team player with a proactive and customer-service mindset
Fluent in French and/or Spanish considered a strong asset
Up to 10% travel may be required within North America
