Job Overview: Reporting to the Petroleum Manager you will be responsible for:

Consistently deliver excellent service to make all guests of our Co-op feel “at home here”
Work co-operatively with team members
Monitor and resolve cardlock system errors and liaise with internal departments or vendors when needed.
Educate new customers on how to use cardlock stations and the benefits of the program
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, reporting, end of day tasks, and cash off
Inspecting, monitoring, and performing general maintenance of the cardlock
Identifies and reports any potential maintenance issues promptly and ensures issues are corrected immediately
Perform daily cleaning and general upkeep of the facility including keeping yard and storage areas clean
Follow all legislated and company safety regulations, policies and procedures
Restocking bags of feed and retail shelves
What You Bring:
Possess strong computer skills with a demonstrated ability to master new P.O.S programs quickly
Positive attitude and proven ability to work with the team in a culture of sales and service
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple demands
Adaptable, organized, efficient and committed
Be a team member with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
A commitment to quality and an eye for detail
Appropriate computer skills and technical knowledge
Ability to lift up to 55 lbs as required
Experience in retail in a similar position
Forklift experience

Knowledge of cardlock fueling systems is an asset but not required — we’ll train the right person!
