Position Summary:
Reporting to the Front Office Manager, the Night Runner is responsible for supporting the Night Team with guest requests, hourly property walks, ensuring public spaces are open/closed on time, and assisting with safety procedures at Eldorado Resort.
What will you be doing?
You will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standard:
Hourly property walks of all spaces
Identify and report any safety or security risks
Lock up areas on property when they close
Check doors to ensure they remain locked overnight
Support Night Auditors with guest requests
Support Night Auditors with guest concerns or issues if they arise
Check to ensure public areas are stocked and ready for guests
Open fitness centre and other Resort areas each morning
Prepare lobby coffee stations each morning
Assist Night Auditors with any emergency procedures if they arise
Follow hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety policies and procedures
Assist other departments and employees wherever necessary
All other duties as assigned

Current first aid certification required
Available to work nights (11pm-7am) on weekdays, weekends, and holidays
