Position Overview: Multimatic Niche Vehicles North America is seeking an experienced General Labour - Warehousing to ensure efficient movement of raw material and finished goods on/off truck and around the plant. The successful candidate will have some experience working in a fast-paced warehouse and understand the importance of a strong work ethic, be able to multitask and work efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities: Receive, inspect and verify incoming shipments against invoices, purchase orders and other documents. Record shortages and reject damaged goods. Maintain receiving and inspection records. Coordinate and facilitate all receiving and shipping of finished goods, raw material, and other miscellaneous items. Maintain warehouse area for raw material, finished goods by tracking material movements each day. Ensure assigned work area is kept clean and organized. Other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management. Qualifications: At least two years of relevant experience. Ability to handle weights unassisted up to 23 kilograms. Experience in use of forklift (counterbalance), Raymond Reach, pallet lifters, hand trucks and dollies. Fluent English verbal and written communication skills Computer literacy Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Work in a safe manner and possess basic knowledge in health & safety regulations Good time management skills, punctual and reliable Receiving/Shipping: Assist in the loading and unloading of delivery trucks. Scan in all incoming distributions and transfers, maintain shipping logs, and file all paperwork. Sort shipments and distribute products accordingly.
