We are looking for a BIM Manager, who will lead the development, implementation,
and management and development of digital planning processes and workflows that
support the design, construction, and manufacturing phases of our projects. You
will take ownership of BIM strategy and execution across multiple projects,
ensuring that data integrity, coordination, and collaboration are maintained to
the highest standard. In addition to overseeing the production of BIM models,
drawings, and data, you will guide and mentor a team of BIM coordinators and
technicians, ensuring adherence to internal workflows, industry standards, and
regulatory requirements. As a senior team member, you will also be responsible
for driving process improvements and innovation in our digital design and
construction practices.

Regular, in-person attendance at our Delta, BC manufacturing facility is
required to develop a strong understanding of our core operations. Candidates

Summary of Role & Responsibilities - BIM Manager:
- Lead the development and implementation of BIM strategies across multiple
construction projects to ensure alignment with design, fabrication, and build
goals.
- Create and manage efficient BIM workflows, automation tools, and data systems
to streamline project delivery from concept through construction.
- Ensure BIM model quality and data integrity through proactive quality control
and continuous process improvement.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to integrate BIM
processes across disciplines and ensure smooth coordination.
- Mentor and support junior and intermediate BIM staff, fostering a
collaborative and learning-focused team environment.
- Stay current with emerging BIM technologies and lead innovation initiatives
that improve efficiency and reduce project timelines.
- Represent the company’s BIM capabilities in client meetings and industry
forums.
Education & Qualifications, Required:
- Post-secondary education in civil/structural engineering technology/drafting
or a related field is preferred.
Nice to Haves, but can be certified on the job:
- Ability to register with ASTTBC is an asset
Skills & Experience, Required:
- 5-8 years of experience in BIM or a related field
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, with hands-on experience in both 2D
and 3D modeling.
- In-depth knowledge of BIM standards, processes, and workflows throughout the
design, construction, and manufacturing phases.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate
with clients, project teams, and external consultants.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a track record of
addressing complex BIM challenges.
- Familiarity with BIM collaboration platforms, such as Autodesk Construction
Cloud (ACC) or similar tools.
- Strong leadership abilities, with experience in managing multiple projects
simultaneously.
- Capability to drive change and foster innovation within the BIM function.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in design-to-production processes.
- Experience with other software such as McNeel Rhinoceros.
- Experience with parametric workflows in Grasshopper or Dynamo.
- Advanced knowledge of data management platforms and integration tools.
- Certification or ability to register with ASTTBC or a similar regulatory
body.

- When on the production floor or construction site, wear appropriate
protective equipment, such as a hard hat, hearing protection, safety work
boots, and safety glasses. Must provide your own CSA approved 6” safety
footwear.

- Willingness to work between our office and manufacturing facilities.

For this role, the estimated base salary range is $86,000 to $103,000.
The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and
individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The
listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may
