In this role you will support the hotel by:Welcome, check-in and check-out guestsPromptly and pleasantly handle phone calls and guest messagesEfficiently handle all guest queries and requestsAssist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful wayMaintain Company issued float and ensure accurate balance postings for each shiftEnsure that the Front Desk is appropriately supplied and stocked at all timesQualificationsYour Skills & Qualifications:Related work experience in the hospitality/Front office assetCustomer service experience requiredPrevious Property Manager experience assetMicrosoft applications experience requiredExcellent organizational, written and verbal communication skillsAdditional InformationVisa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
