At Family Services Windsor-Essex (FSWE), we are committed to empowering individuals and families through compassionate counselling and support services. We are currently seeking Affiliate Counsellors to provide Clinical Counselling and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services to individuals, couples, families, youth, and children as part of our dynamic and collaborative team.
The Opportunity:
As an Affiliate Counsellor, you will work as an independent contractor, delivering clinical services to FSWE and FSEAP clients. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing short-term, solution-focused counselling and EAP clinical support
Conducting assessments and developing goal-oriented treatment plans
Maintaining accurate and confidential client documentation
Adhering to all FSWE and EAP clinical protocols, standards, and ethical guidelines

What You Bring:
Master’s degree in Social Work or Counselling Psychology
Registration in good standing with the OCSWSSW or CRPO
Experience providing clinical counselling to individuals, couples, families, youth, and children
EAP experience and/or experience with seniors and adults with disabilities is an asset
Strong knowledge of local community resources and social service systems
Excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution, and therapeutic skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team-based organization
Bilingualism in French or Arabic is considered a strong asset
