maintaining roofs on commercial buildings, including tasks like fixing leaks,
replacing damaged material, applying coatings, and performing routine
maintenance checks to ensure the roof's integrity and longevity.

Daily responsibilities:
•Completing repairs, inspections, and leak detection on industrial,
institutional and commercial buildings (4 ply and single ply roofing systems)
•Identify potential issues with a roof, diagnose the cause of leaks, and
recommend appropriate repair strategies
