We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Electrical Engineer to join our Software & Electronics Department. In this role, you will bridge the gap between hardware and software by designing, testing, and integrating electrical systems that support machine control solutions. Education/Experience Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. 3+ years of experience in electrical design and integration. Proficiency in circuit design tools (e.g., Altium Designer, OrCAD, Eagle, KiCad). Experience with embedded systems and microcontroller platforms (e.g., STM32, ARM, AVR). Familiarity with communication protocols (e.g., CAN, SPI, I2C, UART, Ethernet). Understanding of PCB layout, signal integrity, and power distribution. Strong collaboration and documentation skills. Core Competencies Experience working in a software-driven product development environment. Knowledge of firmware development in C/C++. Exposure to cloud-connected hardware and IoT systems. Familiarity with Agile development practices. Experience with compliance standards (e.g., CE, FCC, ISO). Accountabilities Design and develop electrical systems and schematics for embedded and connected devices. Collaborate with software developers to ensure hardware-software compatibility. Conduct testing, validation, and troubleshooting of electrical circuits and systems. Support firmware development and integration with microcontrollers and sensors. Assist in the development of hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) and software-in-the-loop (SIL) testing environments. Document electrical designs, test procedures, and compliance reports. Ensure designs meet safety, regulatory, and performance standards.
