About DataStealth
DataStealth is a Data Security Platform (DSP) that allows organizations to discover, classify, and protect their most sensitive data and documents, ensuring that sensitive data and documents are secure and that they meet applicable privacy, regulatory, governance and compliance requirements.
Recognized for the fourth consecutive year as a Great Place to Work, we are one of the world’s leading and fastest growing cybersecurity software companies.
Our team is the best in the business. Our patented technology provides our large enterprise customers with the ability to solve complex data security problems with a paradigm shifting technology that can actually solve problems.
If being at the helm of it excites you, and you desire to be an expert and educator in an ever-changing environment, then this is the job for you!
Why This Role Matters
We’re not looking for someone to fill a seat, we’re looking for a builder.
At DataStealth, we protect the information that matters most to businesses: the data that keeps them compliant, earns customer trust, and powers their operations. From healthcare and finance to critical infrastructure, we help major organizations secure sensitive data without slowing them down.
As our Growth Marketer, you’ll play a key role in how we scale this impact. You won’t just run campaigns, you’ll help shape our go-to-market engine, define how we find and reach the right audiences, and drive the growth of a company that’s solving real, high-stakes problems.
If you’re excited by the idea of building something meaningful, this is your opportunity.
What You’ll Do
Plan and launch multi-channel campaigns (email, digital, social) to drive awareness and pipeline
Partner with sales to support outbound efforts and execute account-based marketing (ABM) programs
Own and manage HubSpot operations, including workflows, segmentation, and reporting
Analyze and optimize campaign performance to maximize impact
Create and maintain a marketing calendar to keep our activities focused and organized
Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and leadership to align on GTM priorities
Test new tactics, tools, and channels, we’re still building and learning
What We're Looking For
Must-Haves:
2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally with at least one role at a startup or high-growth company
Comfortable working without a playbook, and excited to help create one
Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools
Experience with outbound tools like Apollo, Sales Navigator, or related platforms
Strong project management skills; able to prioritize and self-manage in a fast-paced environment
Curious, resourceful, and highly adaptable, you figure things out and get things done
Strong communicator and collaborator
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience in cybersecurity, data privacy, or enterprise software
Familiarity with early-stage GTM strategies or pipeline-building playbooks
Exposure to ABM, intent data, or outbound sales/marketing alignment
Why This Role Is Different
You’ll build, not just execute. We’re still defining how we go to market, and your fingerprints will be on the strategy.
You’ll make a real impact. Our tech protects real people’s data, health records, financial info, and business-critical systems.
You’ll grow with the company. As we scale, so will the scope of your role and the opportunities ahead.
You’ll work with people who care. About doing great work. About our clients. About each other.
What We Offer
High-impact role with autonomy and trust
A collaborative, agile team that values outcomes over bureaucracy
Hybrid work environment (3 days per week in our Mississauga office)
Competitive salary and benefits
