The Facility Services Technician is responsible for maintaining cleanliness,
sanitation, and tidiness of the facility. This includes cleaning floors,
restrooms, workspaces, and common areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment
for employees, visitors, and clients.

What will your job involve?
- Key Responsibilities:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and buff floors in offices, hallways, lobbies, and

sinks, mirrors, and dispensers. [http://dispensers.Empty]
- Empty [http://dispensers.Empty] trash and recycling bins and replace
liners.Clean [http://liners.Clean] windows, glass partitions, and mirrors
using appropriate cleaners and tools. [http://tools.Dust]
- Dust [http://tools.Dust] and wipe surfaces such as desks, countertops, and
furniture. [http://furniture.Restock]
- Restock [http://furniture.Restock] supplies in restrooms and break areas
(e.g., soap, paper towels, toilet paper).
- Report maintenance issues (e.g., leaks, broken fixtures) to supervisor

- Follow [http://promptly.Follow] all safety and health regulations, including
the proper use of cleaning chemicals. [http://chemicals.Secure]
- Secure [http://chemicals.Secure] cleaning equipment and supplies at the end

shampooing, floor waxing).
