Senior Finance Manager, Category Finance at a Glance…. The Senior Finance Manager is accountable for owning category financials while delivering driver-based forecasts, actuals reporting, and financial analysis on complex P&Ls with varying dynamics. Influence cross-functional counterparts to support financial success of innovation/cost out/etc. projects. What’s on the menu? Own category reporting and drives category financial performance with holistic monthly forecasting Provide strategic recommendations against key financial targets (AOP/PY) Drive financial process improvements to harmonize procedures across the category finance teams Develop and execute key business initiatives alongside counterparts (Pricing strategies, capital planning, cost-out projects) to drive business profitability Guide strategic product launches and modifications by developing innovation P&Ls Provide recommendations and influence sales strategy through monthly OBR and LNUC rhythms Own IR actuals/forecasting reviews providing color on financial drivers and assist senior leadership team in MPR reviews with BU president Develop Annual Operating Plan P&L forecasting demand, pricing, costs, etc. including mix, liquidations, and SKU rationalization Provide recommendations on waste risk and highlight key risks to liquidate Drive continuous improvement efforts for tools, models, and processes to enhance visibility of financial data Passion for motivating, coaching, and developing others Recipe for Success – apply now if this sounds like you! New Hire Base Salary Range: $120,100.00 - $150,100.00 Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
