Our main North American office, located in beautiful Vancouver, BC is seeking a Senior Copywriter to join our office and work across the TikTok global ecosystem. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual with a strong sense for design and visual language to take on a creative and challenging full time role in our organisation. Oh, and you have to be a great writer too.
The role involves:
Taking creative ownership of projects from concept through to delivery
Writing insightful, sharp, culturally tuned copy across a range of formats from social-first storytelling to global brand platforms
Collaborating with designers, strategists, and producers to bring ideas to life
Presenting confidently to clients and fostering strong, trusting relationships
Mentoring and supporting junior creatives, contributing to an inclusive and high-performing team culture
Being a champion for the creative product, continuously pushing innovation and staying ahead of what’s next by adapting new tools and insights
Spotting and developing proactive creative opportunities with existing and prospective clients
Translating complex ideas into simple, engaging messaging with clear tone-of-voice adaptation for different brands and markets
Owning your ideas beyond the page—following through into production with craft and consistency
The Must Haves:
5+ years of copywriting experience in top-tier digital, advertising, or brand experience agencies
Proven ability to lead creative projects across integrated platforms, especially social, digital, experiential, and content
A strategic thinker who can unpack briefs and help shape them into brilliant creative platforms
Demonstrated ability to write in multiple brand voices, shifting tone and language effortlessly
An understanding of production realities—you know how to work with producers, editors, and creators to bring ideas to life
Confident in presenting and defending your ideas in a compelling and collaborative way
Familiarity with platform best practices for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and more
Skilled in Google Slides, and comfortable crafting client-facing presentations
A portfolio that showcases idea-led, original work with a high level of craft
Ability to travel for production shoots internationally
