About the Team & Business Line:
Fund Administration is Citco’s core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry’s most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.
As a core member of our Projects and Governance team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.
Projects and Governance Team (PGT) is charged with providing multiple CFS Lines of Business units (Hedge Fund, CAIS, Private Equity, Real Assets, Investor Relations, Ancillary Services) with project management governance when executing initiatives that benefit the larger CFS Organization. Additionally, PGT works with other CFS Divisions (Group, Bank, CGS/Mercator, Technology) as required and where initiatives cross division lines. PGT provides project governance with a structured framework and management information reporting, allowing for timely escalation of issues and risks that impact the success of the initiatives. Initiatives will include system conversions/on-boarding (BPM, Dynamo, SDLP), achieving headcount objectives (Global Location Strategy, Headcount Forecast support), client or operational transitions, and Chief of Staff Initiatives oversight. Most initiatives cross several departments and locations, with senior leadership stakeholders.
The Vice President – Projects and Governance Team (Projects) will be a key leader in the execution of various strategic projects that support Citco Fund Services’ risk mitigation efforts. In this role, the incumbent leads and develops a team who provides project management governance to multiple initiatives as assigned by CFS Senior Leadership Team (SLT). This role ensures the timely reporting to project sponsors, SLTs and key stakeholders for each initiative, including risks, roadblocks and escalations.
The VP will ensure that new initiatives are established with the team’s agreed framework and assists the team in identifying scope and roles during the initiating of each project to ensure successful outcomes. Additionally the incumbent will manage relationships with key stakeholders for each initiative as well as with indirect stakeholders (i.e. HR, Risk, CTM, BPO), and is an escalation point as needed, lending expertise and guidance as required.
