You will also be responsible for managing a committed team, implementing efficient processes and maintaining rigorous inventory control. YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE Team management: Ensure supervision and ongoing training of the distribution center team; Ensure compliance with company values in terms of communication, support and guidance of employees; Ensure proactive workforce planning in compliance with various company policies. Set team members' objectives, provide feedback and carry out annual appraisals in line with company requirements. Operations: Ensure the smooth running of receiving, order preparation and shipping operations at the Victoriaville distribution center; Implement and maintain efficient work processes and procedures for distribution center operations; Ensure proactive workload planning, while taking into account the seasonality of operations and the company's needs; Work closely with the company's various sectors and stakeholders. Inventory control: Participate in the development, implementation and compliance with product inventory control processes, both internal and external; Organize and ensure the smooth running of periodic and annual inventory counts. Qualifications2 to 5 years' experience in personnel management, ideally in a distribution center; Methodical approach to work; Self-reliance, resourcefulness and initiative; Recognized as a leader; Good communication skills, in both French and English; Forklift driver's license (an asset).
