Come and be a part of this growing business!Job DescriptionPerform maintenance, repairs, and inspections to client and internal vehicles in a safe, accurate, and efficient manner according to standardized and manufacturer guidelinesDiagnose vehicle concerns, provide clear and concise documentation of finding and repairsTranslating customers’ repair problems into standard repair terminology while educating customers on maintenance and repair needsMaintain a high level of cleanliness and proficiency in work carried out throughout the shop, as well as the cleanliness and maintenance of shop and shop toolsComplete and review repair orders with service advisors, clearly explaining additional service needsCollaborate with service staff and management to ensure timely completion of workDeliver high-quality workmanship that meets or exceeds industry standardsAssist with other related duties as neededIf exceed performance expectation consistenty, this role may need to an apprenticeship in the futureQualificationsA minimum of 1 year of Dealership experiencePrevious Toyota and/or dealership shop experience an assetGood knowledge and mechanical aptitude of many automotive operating systemsExcellent organization skills and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentSelf sufficient and can work both in a team and independentlyDetailed oriented with a focus on customer satisfactionReynolds & Reynolds or ADP operating system experience an assetValid B.C. drivers license with clean abstract and no restrictions.Able to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.Full set of tools and diagnostic equipment (some equipment provided by Westminster Toyota)Additional InformationThis is a full time position. Schedule will be Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday, 8 hours/day.
