Hourly wage of $39.15; $39.90 after probation Shift premiums based on work schedule Annual lump sum for tool purchases Comprehensive group insurance program Telemedicine services Pension plan with employer contributions On-site gym Reimbursement for gym memberships and physical activities Job-specific training Schedule Shifts from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM Responsibilities Welding aluminum and steel on our rolling stock equipment Troubleshooting Hydraulic and pneumatic maintenance on equipment Electrical systems maintenance Dismounting and reassembling tires and brake systems Installing, removing, and/or reinstalling differentials Using a computer to diagnose various mechanical issues Performing preventive maintenance on Sanimax's specialized vehicle fleet Requirements Diploma in Heavy Vehicle Mechanics (DEP) PEP card (asset) Class 1 driver’s license (asset) Welding skills in both steel and aluminum Knowledge of electrical systems Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems Strong interest and skills in problem-solving and troubleshooting Resourceful, energetic, autonomous, and able to meet deadlines Excellent physical condition Give meaning to your career and help us make a difference: become a transformation champion!
