This position is based at our Milton, ON facility. This position is responsible for operating the production site's paint line, which includes loading and unloading of parts, as well as operating, troubleshooting and preventative maintenance of the Powder Coat painting system. Perform titration test & trouble shoot chemical concentricity (mix) and pH level variations. Prepare requisition for buyer to procure required powder paint supply. Perform tasks specific to the Wastewater Treatment including monitoring operation, system start-up/shut-down. High School Diploma required. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds to shoulder height. Must be legally authorized to work in Canada without company sponsorship. No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within an 80 km radius of Milton, ON will be considered. Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and safety procedures of a manufacturing facility. Ability to read and interpret drawings and schematics is an asset. Ability to perform standard work procedures and processes. Demonstrated experience of utilizing mechanical tools and measuring equipment required for assembly. Good problem solving, mathematical skills and troubleshooting ability.
