Position Purpose: Plan, organize, monitor, and oversee ESRM Initiatives and related objectives and projects using cross functional teams to deliver defined requirements and meet business needs and strategic objectives. Oversee ESRM portfolio of Initiatives, objectives, and projects. Oversee the management of multiple large, complex, and enterprise wide technical and business-oriented projects and programs for the ESRM organization. Manage ESRM Program deliverables and objectives and continually review workflows and processes and recommend process improvements Utilize corporate and industry standard tools and techniques to effectively oversee programs according to department procedures. Create and monitor all department deliverables to ensure adherence to quality standards. Perform trend analysis in various functional areas of the ESRM / CT Security Portfolio. Collaborate with Data Analyst and Program Managers to create and generate reports through MS-Excel, MS-Access, and SQL using Smartsheet or PowerBI interface and direct links to core databases as available. Define reports for and interface with management and internal and external stakeholders. Mentor teams on best practices, process improvement and project management skills. Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, MIS, related degree, or equivalent experience required. 7+ years of related project management experience required. License/Certification: Project Management certification (PMP, Project+, CSM) preferred or Security certification (Security+, CISSP) preferred Pay Range: $86,000.00 - $154,700.00 per year Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules.
