YOUR ROLE: The position involves providing support to our branches for all requests related to our customers' accounts. As well as identify and diagnose technical issues, guiding internal customers through solutions. Escalate more complex technical questions by opening tickets. Provide basic support and assistance with customer account financial inquiries. YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK THE FOLLOWING HOURS: • Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. • Tuesday and Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. • Saturday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. WHAT YOU MUST HAVE? At least one year in a customer service, sales or call center environment. Basic understanding of computer troubleshooting principles, an asset. Basic conception of financial principles, in particular: Interest rate on a loan, the difference between a credit and a debit is a great asset. Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English (30% English and 70% French) Experience in the financial or credit sector, an asset..
