Clients : Examine et rapproche les données téléchargées par les clients et identifie les questions fiscales à étudier. Effectue des téléchargements de données à partir du système comptable du client. Élaborer des calendriers d'examen et des listes de contrôle à partir des données téléchargées par le client. Se rendre chez les clients pour recueillir et copier les déclarations fiscales, les factures, les bons de commande et d'autres documents à utiliser dans le cadre du processus de remboursement de l'audit. Répondre aux demandes de renseignements des clients et aux demandes des agences de l'État. Valeur : Assister le responsable dans l'élaboration des plans de travail des projets et dans l'établissement des calendriers des produits livrables associés aux projets. Négocier des résolutions fiscales avec les agences de l'État. Rédiger des documents, tels que des demandes de révision, des demandes de remboursement et diverses autres réponses administratives. Effectue d'autres tâches qui lui sont confiées. Education et expérience : Licence ou maîtrise ou équivalent en comptabilité et/ou finance avec deux à quatre ans d'expérience dans le domaine de l'audit ou de la fiscalité. Compétences informatiques : Pour mener à bien cette tâche, une personne doit avoir une connaissance intermédiaire de Microsoft® Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, ainsi que de la navigation et de la recherche sur Internet. Certificats et licences : Permis de conduire valide exigé. Responsabilités de supervision : Les responsabilités de supervision sont limitées, notamment en ce qui concerne la formation des employés, l'attribution des tâches et la vérification de l'exactitude et de l'exhaustivité du travail. Environnement de travail : Environnement de travail intérieur standard. Occasionnellement, longues périodes en position assise pendant le travail à l'ordinateur. This includes researching issues, reconciling databases, and completing detailed calculations. Duties and responsibilities, as they align to Ryan’s Key Results People: Create a positive team experience. Client: Reviews and reconciles client data downloads and identifies tax issues to research. Performs data downloads from client’s accounting system. Develops review schedules and checklist from client data downloads. Travels to client locations to gather and copy tax returns, invoices, purchase orders, and other documentation to use in the audit refund process. Responds to client inquiries and requests from state agencies. Value: Assists Manager in developing project workplans and scheduling associated project deliverables. Negotiates tax resolutions with state agencies. Drafts filings, such as petitions for redetermination, refund claims, and various other administrative replies. Performs other duties as assigned. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree or equivalent in Accounting and/or Finance with two to four years audit or tax related experience. Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual must have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft® Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet navigation and research. Certificates and Licenses: Valid driver’s license required. Supervisory Responsibilities: Requires limited supervisory responsibilities, including training employees, assigning work, and checking work for accuracy and completeness. Work Environment: Standard indoor working environment. Occasional long periods of sitting while working at computer. Occasional long periods of standing while copying. Position requires regular interaction with employees and clients both in person and via e-mail and telephone.
