Position Title: Water Truck Labourer
Employment Type: Full-Time (Seasonal with Year-Round Opportunities in snow)
POSITION SUMMARY
We are currently seeking a hardworking and reliable Water Truck Labourer to
support our Water Truck Driver on various job sites. This role involves
assisting with water delivery operations, equipment handling, loading/unloading,
and maintaining safe work environments. This is an overnight position requiring
physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor setting.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist the Water Truck Driver with daily operations

Help load and unload water and related equipment at job sites

Secure tools and cargo to ensure safe transportation

Monitor water flow and assist with hose connections and disconnections
-
Perform safety checks on equipment and report any concerns
-
Follow proper spill containment and response procedures

Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and truck

Communicate effectively with team members and customers

Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures

Support with basic paperwork or logging activities when needed

Perform other general labour duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS

Valid Class G Driver’s License preferred but not required

Previous labour or outdoor work experience an asset

Able to lift up to 70 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks

Comfortable using hand tools and basic equipment

Strong work ethic with a focus on safety and teamwork

Willingness to work overnight shifts, with potential for overtime and weekend
work

Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
WORK CONDITIONS

Primarily outdoor work in varying weather conditions

Evening and overnight shifts required

Physical labour including lifting, bending, and extended periods of standing
or walking

Seasonal work from spring through fall, with potential for transition into
winter duties
