Job Summary Job Description What is the opportunity? We’re looking for a highly skilled Lead PAM Security Operations Specialist with deep expertise in Privileged Access management (PAM) to join our growing Global Security Team! In this critical role, you will serve as a CyberArk subject matter expert, providing operational expertise and hands-on leadership in the implementation and optimization of PAM controls and operational processes You will play a key role in enhancing our security operations by ensuring our internal controls are both effective and efficient. What will you do? Lead operations and ongoing management of CyberArk solutions and their implementation Provide expert guidance and second-level end-user support to ensure secure access practices and privileged account management Work as a SME to onboard RBC subsidiaries/ new teams to existing PAM Controls by initiating discussions with stakeholders, evaluating their current state and be able to map to future state Drive process and procedural improvements and automation to reduce manual effort and increase efficiency Manage incidents and problems for in-scope systems while performing root cause analysis, identifying improvements, and driving to implementation Create and maintain detailed internal and end-user-facing procedure documents Guiding customers on security best practices, risk reduction strategies, and solution implementations, ensuring compliance with security standards. Be able to represent teams during Audits and provide evidence, as necessary Responsible for providing necessary metrics and reporting. What do you need to succeed? Must-have 3+ years of experience in Implementing and maintaining Privileged Access Management solutions and compliance controls in large enterprise environments Strong understanding of Privileged Access Management principles, best practices, and security standards Familiarity with other privilege access and secret management solutions i.e. HashiCorp products can be a plus. In-depth knowledge of best practices in IT service management (i.e. incident, problem, and change) while displaying a strong sense of urgency and bias for positive action with a history of delivering results. Deadline-driven and results-oriented; able to meet consistently high-quality standards while handling a variety of tasks and deadlines simultaneously Advance verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills Proven track record working successfully in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, with the ability to build and maintain trust with stakeholders.
