ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide quick and friendly customer service to our guests within the car wash
Promote and upsell membership packages to customers, emphasizing value and convenience.
Exceed Guest expectations
Learn and operate all aspects of POS and LPR systems
Oversee all property aesthetics
Create and retain new customer relations, including monthly wash packages
Maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior of car wash and grounds
Monitor the wash quality of the vehicle
Learn and uphold the WE OWN IT culture

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Exceptional Customer Service
Must have good communication skills
Previous sales experience is an asset
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Proficient in cash handling and operating a cash register
A winning attitude and great character
Display self-discipline in setting and meeting goals.
