We are looking for a temporary Regional Administrator, Insurance & Capital (6-month contract) to join our Corporate-Facilities team in Calgary, AB. Reporting to the Manager, Insurance & Capital, you will be responsible for day-to-day insurance information management and organization of current and future capital projects.
Responsibilities:
Manage incoming insurance emails in compliance with internal policies and procedures
Manage ClearRisk database, ensuring accurate & complete data, escalating claims as necessary
Create POs and perform PO management actions for third-party insurance adjustors
Track & monitor ClearRisk incidents through to completion
Apply incident archiving policy to ClearRisk data
Coordinate insurance payments & proceeds with stakeholders
Maintain ClearRisk driver and vehicle inventory
Maintain ClearRisk statement of values, as directed
Assist in preparing ClearRisk reports
Assist in providing ClearRisk training to Operations team, when necessary
Update training documents on an ongoing basis
Update the insurance SharePoint page for internal use
Set-up and maintain national WCB online databases of Northview vendors
Collect incoming Capital inspection reports and transpose to multi-year tracking document
Collect and manage current year national capital project tracker, in coordination with stakeholders
Create Capital POs, as required
Perform Capital PO management duties in coordination with stakeholders
Assist with the creation of construction contracts
Establish and maintain confidential Capital project files in a national database
Prepare routine correspondence and documentation, and assisting with the preparation of project documentation with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Qualifications:
Post-secondary education in administration, accounting, or related fields
Demonstrated experience in project administration, property management or related fields
A self-starter with a high level of organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Intermediate to advanced use of Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint, etc)
Self-motivated, professional and flexible; able to work both independently and as part of a team
Prior real estate and/or insurance industry experience is an asset
Yardi and ClearRisk experience considered an asset
Knowledge of French, both written and oral, is an asset
