As a Store Supervisor, you’ll be the right-hand to the Store Manager and a key driver of team spirit, top-tier service, and smooth daily operations.
Lead & Motivate – Inspire your team and bring the good vibes. Foster a supportive and high-energy atmosphere.
Deliver “Legendary” Service – Ensure every guest leaves smiling, with a smoothie in hand and a great experience to remember.
Be the Go-To Communicator – Keep the flow going by coordinating between team members and the Store Manager.
Stay Cool Under Pressure – Tackle challenges with a calm and positive approach, especially during those busy rushes!
Keep Operations on Point – Help implement company procedures, maintain high standards, and look for ways to improve every day.
Build Customer Connections – Be a friendly face in the community and get to know the regulars (they’ll love you for it).
