We're looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People team
and be a part of building the community of individuals that make up Kabam. This
person will also have responsibilities beyond filling roles, taking ownership of
key talent acquisition projects and programs, and setting the stage for
long-term strategies.

In this role, you can expect to:
- Lead the charge on full-cycle recruitment, from initial intel gathering to
celebrating a successful hire.
- Forge strong partnerships with hiring managers and department leads,
translating their needs into winning talent acquisition strategies that align
with our company's business goals.
- Manage our early career programs, including our GameChanger scholarship and
our co-op program, actively nurturing the next generation of diverse talent.
- Champion data-driven insights, gathering and leveraging intel to inform
objective recruiting decisions and continuously refine our approach.
- Utilize creative solutions to scout talent, whether it's sourcing skills,
identifying relevant events, or tapping into talent communities to bring in
candidates who are not just qualified but truly exceptional.
- Craft compelling narratives in your job postings that resonate with top-tier
talent and amplify the Kabam brand.
- Cultivate a robust talent pipeline, ensuring we're always ready to seize the
next opportunity.
- Be a proactive communicator, keeping candidates, hiring managers, and all
relevant stakeholders in the loop every step of the way.
- Manage offer approvals, present compelling offers, and handle all the
essential documentation.
- Embrace agility, swiftly adapting your strategy and efforts to shifting
priorities and new challenges.
- Drive continuous improvement, elevating the recruitment experience for
everyone involved – candidates, managers, and our own team.
- Partner with other People team functions to support cross-functional projects
and process improvements from a Talent Acquisition perspective.
- Partner with corporate marketing on employer branding initiatives including
content strategy for our website, blog, and social media.
To be successful in this role, your background includes:
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience preferably in the gaming or
high-tech industry.
- A service-oriented mindset with an innate ability to understand both your
candidates and hiring managers.
- A proven track record of successfully bringing in high-quality talent.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for impactful
storytelling and clear collaboration.
- Proficiency with ATS systems (Lever preferred).
- A team player with a strong sense of urgency.
- A self-starter with an insatiable hunger for continuous learning and
improvement.
- Agile and adaptable, thriving in dynamic and evolving environments.

$90,000 - $105,000 a year
The typical hiring range listed above is specific to candidates located in
Vancouver. The salary will be determined based on your knowledge, skills and
competencies, and you’ll have room to grow after you join! If you’re interested

experience level.
