Your Impact:
As a Senior Product Manager (PMIII), you will build the strategy, make sure
there is market fit and are responsible for roadmap execution for our North
American product suite, ensuring our solutions meet the needs of enterprise and
mid-market (50+ locations) restaurant brands. This is not a technical role, but
you should be comfortable understanding technical documentation and representing
our product with customers and at industry events.
You’ll work closely with engineering, go-to-market, and local cross-functional
teams to build our US-first products, influence strategic direction, and ensure
we’re building the right products for the right market at the right time.
This is a full-time, hybrid role with a flexible work schedule, offering 3 days
in our Toronto office and 2 days from the comfort of your home.

and translate them into clear priorities.
- Collaborate with GTM and sales teams, participate in sales conversations,
communicate and align priorities and shape product messaging.
- Influence product decisions for our data product and our Vision AI
initiatives through stakeholder input and market insights.
- Represent the company and product at industry events, customer meetings, and
tech/product presentations.
- Help define the company positioning for enterprise and mid-market
restaurants, ensuring Deliverect is the go-to partner in this segment.
- Manage, mentor, and coach a team of Product Managers focused on North
American initiatives.
- Collaborate with global product leadership to align regional roadmaps with
the broader company strategy.
What you will bring:
- Senior Product Leadership: 5+ years of product management experience, with a
track record of owning product direction and driving adoption in B2B
SaaS/PaaS environments.
- Enterprise & MM Market Focus: Deep understanding of working with enterprise
and mid-market clients (50+ locations), preferably in the restaurant or

teams and customers and turning it into actionable product direction.
- Strong Communication: Ability to clearly articulate product vision and
direction to both internal and external stakeholders.

and API specifications in customer or partner conversations.
Nice to Have
