The Project Manager oversees the planning, execution, and completion of structural steel components of telecommunications projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget while meeting quality and regulatory standards.
The Project Manager will provide leadership work with our internal shared services, such as HSE, engineering, drafting, estimating, supply chain, and logistics teams, to deliver quality projects, strategically manage risk, monitor finances, and ensure each phase of work is started or completed on time. Other key responsibilities include Quality Management and Business Development.

Job Duties
Complete Revenue and Margin targets for manufacturing projects.
Business growth.
Monitoring project delivery progress.
Meeting with clients, stakeholders, and finance to report on project progress.
Liaising with clients and building strong working relationships.
Devise cost-effective plans to enable project completion.
Managing risks to avoid delays or reputational damage.
Understand and implement WesTower’s Health and Safety guidelines.
Coach and mentor project teams using performance reviews, one-on-one meetings, and constructive feedback.
Requirements
High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent.
Technical Diploma or Degree (preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in steel manufacturing with hands-on custom manufacturing experience; This may include miscellaneous. metal, structural, and custom fabrication-type projects.
Experienced in steel manufacturing methodologies and requirements.
Able to exercise initiative, judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making.
