Purpose of the role
The incumbent will provide daily support to the communications and public relations team in its projects and responsibilities, including relations and management of the Roses of Hope Foundation, corporate events, and the management of corporate marketing needs..
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the execution of various HR marketing projects
Act as the point of contact for all requests related to the Roses of Hope Foundation
Occasionally draft or translate communication materials related to the Roses of Hope Foundation (newsletters, invitations, and other documents)
Assist in managing the projects and budget of the Roses of Hope Foundation
Support donation and sponsorship requests
Assist in the execution of corporate and public relations events
Contribute to content creation related to all activations of the Roses of Hope Foundation and corporate initiatives
Assist with coordination for media shipments and follow-ups
Acquire in-depth knowledge of the various products, banners, and the company as a whole
Provide support for any other team requests
Your profile
Excellent writing skills: You have a perfect command of written French and English, with a constant focus on clarity and impact (as the role requires communication outside Quebec)
Clear communicator: You have a real talent for expressing ideas clearly and fostering constructive exchanges
Proactive and multitasking: Working on several projects simultaneously while maintaining high performance is one of your strengths
Knowledge of retail: Your experience and understanding of the retail industry allow you to navigate this dynamic environment with ease
Requirements
Bilingual, both written and oral French and English (The person must communicate outside Quebec);
Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications or equivalent;
Proficiency in the Office Suite: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
