We are seeking a Carpenter to support site operations by assisting trades and fellow carpenters with framing, installations, and general construction tasks to ensure efficient and high-quality project execution.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches and to understand project specifications
Take measurements and calculate the sizes and amounts of materials needed for the project
Cut, shape, and smooth lumber according to measurements
Build window frames, doors, staircases, brattices, frame buildings, and other structures by using raw materials or pre-constructed items
Inspect products and conduct repairs or maintenance as needed
Comply with all company and governmental safety guidelines
Estimate time, material, equipment, and supplies needed for the project
Operation of hand/power tools, and other equipment relevant to Carpentry
Capable of performing errands as assigned, carry/deliver materials
Ensure proper use and care are given to tools and equipment
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of carpentry experience, preferably in multi-family wood frame construction
Red Seal or Journeyman Carpenter certification required
Skilled in rough-in, finish carpentry, and up-to-date with building codes
Ability to read blueprints and accurately interpret specifications
Strong time management and capable of working independently
Proficient with power, hand, and measuring tools
Knowledgeable in safety protocols and committed to safe work practices
Comfortable working in various weather conditions
