We are currently looking for a Permanent Full-Time Sales & Leasing Consultant in our Fort Saint John location to join our team.
This position requires an experienced individual to grow and manage a customer portfolio through relationship selling while conducting business with Driving Force’s high standards of Integrity, Respect, Passion and Commitment.

What you'll do:
Prospect and develop new business
Ability to manage and incrementally grow a portfolio of active lease business
Prepare accurate quotes, process all lease documentation, and ensure files are fully completed
Manage vendor relationships to successfully coordinate all vehicle and accessory requirements on schedule
Audit and control of all documentation for lease transactions, extensions, and assignments
Maintain active communications with all customers and assist with their annual fleet planning
Follow-up and manage lead opportunities
Develop customer service levels with our external customers and our internal customer departments
Expand product knowledge, with genuine interest in all manufacturers
Assist in the preparation of proposals and RFP’s, as required
Digitally market vehicles to clients with video, as required
What you'll need:
Commercial Vehicle Leasing experience
Minimum 2-3 years of B2B sales/leasing experience is required
Automotive or light truck leasing experience in a B2B environment is preferred
Experience with creating and maintaining an online social media presence is an asset
Proven success exceeding targets and delivering value
Demonstrated sales process with a focus on building relationships
Strong motivation and entrepreneurial drive
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer, organization, and administrative skills
Solid working knowledge of leasing basics
