Role Overview:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to strengthen our lower-funnel marketing efforts across SEO, eCRM, and performance-driven campaigns. This role is responsible for managing Google Merchant Center feeds, executing SMS marketing programs, and leading eCRM initiatives using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in SFMC, with a strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem. You’ll collaborate with external agencies while also executing and optimizing campaigns directly. A data-driven mindset is key—you'll analyze performance metrics and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead eCRM strategy and execution, including audience segmentation, personalized messaging, and automation within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
Build end-to-end solutions on the SFMC platform to drive LG Canada’s eCRM strategy and deliver impactful campaigns
Own email subscriber audience list management and ensure data hygiene within SFMC
Collaborate with media agency to integrate Google Analytics and Salesforce platforms, leveraging audience modeling data to optimize paid digital display and social campaigns
Optimize lower funnel SEO initiatives focusing on maximizing conversions and revenue growth
Manage and execute SMS marketing campaigns using Attentive or similar platforms
Work closely with external agencies to align strategy and execution, while independently driving campaign delivery
Analyze marketing data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights and continuously optimize campaign performance
Develop and maintain regular performance reports and dashboards for diverse internal stakeholders
Support other digital marketing initiatives and provide hands-on assistance as required
Partner with LG HQ teams to ensure platform governance and conduct PII data safety checks in compliance with privacy standards
Qualifications:
College or university degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on email/SMS marketing, SEO, and eCommerce platforms.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) is a strong asset, including familiarity with Journey Builder, Email Studio, customer segmentation, and data extensions.
Solid understanding of lower-funnel SEO strategies and tools, including managing Google Merchant Center feeds.
Experience planning, executing, and optimizing SMS marketing campaigns using dedicated platforms.
Strong analytical mindset, with proven experience in data analysis and performance reporting.
Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with external agencies and cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and project management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
