PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop, maintain, and manage the guide file to serve as the main communication tool with external agencies, ensuring all campaigns go live on schedule.
Assist in maintaining and updating promotional data to the required system, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to review promotional landing pages for accuracy
Proactively identify and resolve any delays or issues in promotion launches to avoid disruptions.
Monitor live promotion pages regularly and provide feedback to improve user experience and campaign effectiveness.
Provide coordination support across cross–business unit (BU) projects, ensuring alignment of timelines, deliverables, and communication between stakeholders.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
1-2+ years of proven experience in project coordination or marketing operations, ideally in eCommerce or retail settings.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with a focus on visual merchandising and quality assurance.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.
Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate and address challenges.
Adaptability to evolving processes and eagerness to contribute to continuous improvements.
Familiarity with other Microsoft Office tools – especially proficient in Microsoft Excel, including functions like VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and basic data analysis.
