Position Summary
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Product Manager to join our Central Operations team. This role is responsible for driving the development and execution of product and service strategies across our national HVAC and home services network. By blending customer insights, data analytics, and cross-functional project leadership, this role will help shape offerings that drive both profitability and customer satisfaction..

Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of product strategies and roadmaps across HVAC offerings
Define product requirements based on customer needs, market trends, and business goals
Lead and facilitate cross-functional collaboration between operations, sales, marketing and finance teams to deliver new products and service enhancements
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and communication across stakeholders with a focus on accountability and coutcomes
Analyze pricing structures and financial performance to support product positioning and profitability
Develop dashboards and reports to track product KPIs, adoption rates, and customer feedback; deliver actionable insights to business leaders
Conduct data mining and statistical analysis to identify opportunities for innovation or optimization
Monitor competitive landscape and recommend positioning strategies based on market intelligence
Ensure product documentation and go-to-market materials are complete and up to date
Drive continuous improvements by leading post-launch reviews and feedback loops
Provide ad hoc analysis and executive reporting as needed to support strategic decisions
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in product management, project coordination, or business analytics—ideally in HVAC, home services, or a related industry
Proven experience managing product or service development from concept to launch with measurable impact on performance or profitability
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and data visualization tools
Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., ServiceTitan) and product lifecycle management tools
Experience working in matrixed organizations or across distributed branch networks
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
Experience with Agile, Scrum, or similar product development methodologies is an asset
Working knowledge of pricing analysis, forecasting, and competitive positioning
