Job description We are looking for a Process Owner Logistics and Warehousing to play a key role in our S/4HANA transformation and shape the future of our warehouse operations. You will lead the design and implementation of innovative digital solutions — from optimizing material flows to deploying advanced SAP EWM capabilities — ensuring seamless integration into our value chain. This is a high-impact role that works closely with both senior stakeholders and shopfloor teams, offering the opportunity to drive meaningful change across multiple areas in a cutting-edge manufacturing environment. You will join the Supply & Value Chain Excellence business unit at our global headquarters in Baden, and report directly to the Team Lead Value Chain Digitalization. Your responsibilities Lead the Warehouse Workstream in the S/4HANA transformation, ensuring alignment with overall program goals and timelines. Lead a Workstream of the ongoing SAP EWM project, focusing on test management, cutover preparation, and go-live support. Define and maintain the warehousing processes (process template), ensuring harmonization, standardization, and compliance across sites. Collaborate with stakeholders from production, logistics, planning, finance, and compliance to ensure smooth e2e process integration. Ensure warehousing activities meet regulatory, safety, and quality requirements. Promote knowledge sharing and best practices across our global warehouse network. Support training and change management to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes. Your background Degree in a relevant field such as engineering, supply chain management, logistics, or business administration, with a strong understanding of digitalization in operations. Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA and SAP EWM, including configuration, process design, and implementation experience. Proven ability to lead (e.g., stakeholder management, communication) complex, cross-functional projects successfully. Solid experience in the digitalization of warehousing and value chain processes, ideally including exposure to production, maintenance, and quality processes. Strong analytical and conceptual skills to translate business needs into IT requirements. Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with curiosity and eagerness to learn.
