Burai is seeking a motivated and experienced Director of Sales to join our leadership team. In this role, you will be responsible for the Sales team and entrusted to scale Burai’s Go-To-Market capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Hiring and coaching a team of Account Executives.
Managing the sales team to achieve revenue targets in line with Senior Leadership and Board of Director expectations.
Developing and refining the sales process.
Establishing daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs to align with overall company goals.
Identify opportunities within the sales tech-stack to create efficiencies, with a strong emphasis on automation and reporting capabilities.
Foster a culture of cross-functional collaboration between sales, marketing, customer success & product to ensure marketing efforts evolve to incorporate user feedback.
Qualifications:
3+ years in a SaaS B2B leadership position (Manager Level or higher).
Proven experience driving sales results in an emerging/new SaaS category.
Experience managing a team of at least 6 individuals and/or sales leaders and their respective teams.
Proven success in managing high-performing teams with direct ownership of multiple marketing functions.
Experience implementing new technology (with an emphasis on integrations with Salesforce).
Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and project management skills are a must.
