Under the direction of the Regional Agency Manager, this position supports an
agency program by performing agency visits, monitor agent operations, deliver
sales and marketing support, expanding the company's book of business, insure
implementation of agent corrective actions and compliance with company policies
and procedures.
The position is remote. Extensive travel is required, must be able to travel by
car or air as needed. Occasional extended workdays are required, some of the
travel and customer entertainment will be in the evenings and weekends.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the
following satisfactorily.
- Be knowledgeable about the title insurance industry and trends.
- Identify prospective Agents, lead generation and conversion.
- Contact new and existing Agents to discuss needs. Maintain contact lists and
follow up with Agents to continue building relationships.
- Emphasize the features of Alliant National to highlight how they solve agent
problems. Be an expert in solving Agent needs.
- Meet designated sales numbers by customizing marketing strategies to engage
Agents and increasing remittances.
- Help Agents lower their risks, their costs and expand their business and
build exceptional loyalty to Alliant National by our Agents, building
exclusivity of our brand.
- Represent Alliant National at various industry events.
- Negotiate prices and terms and prepare agreements.
- Monitors departmental performance, identifying and facilitating opportunities
to increase productivity and efficiency.
- Manages day-to-day aspects of the department and its personnel to ensure
projects are completed and goals and agent needs are met.
- Collaborates with other managers to plan, direct, and coordinate programs and
projects.
- Collaborates with other managers to analyze costs, benefits, and losses of
company profits. Assist Regional Agency Manager in profitability analysis of
agents.
- Drafts, submits, and presents various performance and management reports.
- Manages conflicts and resolves complaints about or within the department.
- Recruits a strong base of the 'finest' agents in the State Market.
- Makes reports to Regional Agency Manager or as directed, pertaining to title
insurance reports or Quality Assurance Reviews findings.
- Participates in audits of agents' premium production and policy inventory
reconciliations.
- Responsible for the timely collection of accounts receivable.
- Follows up on Quality Assurance Findings to insure the implementation of
corrective actions and status of recommendations.
- Monitor agents' compliance with regulatory requirements and advises Regional
Agency Manager, President and Executive Management of critical issues and
recommended action.
- To deliver the education programs already in place and add State specific
programs to enhance training and education offerings to agents.
- Evaluate agent operations, measures performance, analyze results, and prepare
periodical and special reports for agents as requested.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Responsible for territory metrics inclusive of new agents, remittances, and
designated revenue for assigned region.

Education/Experience:
Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or
six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent
combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
