The qualified individual will be responsible for leading software development of the Dematic extension used in the Configura CET Designer application. This extension, along with the base software, is used internally to design and provide material handling systems for our customers. The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $93,750-$125,000 at the time of posting. Tasks and Qualifications: This is What You Will do in This Role: Work with developers to implement new features and bug fixes to provide an effective tool for end users. Work within a global Agile development team. Attend, and contribute in, regular meetings for highlighting progress, project improvement, and developer collaboration. Provide code reviews, and other quality assurance measures, for others on the team. Engage with Domain Experts to outline scope of work and validate code effectiveness. Work with DevOps on items related to their processes. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the team and code base. What We Are Looking For: Proficient in object-oriented programming language with extensible syntax. Willingness to work closely with other developers to help them understand new features, dependencies, and technical details. Work hours are typically 40 hours a week. 2+ years developing software with Java EE, React(UI), .Net Core, SQL and Azure Cosmos DB. Expert knowledge of Languages C#, C++ .Net Proficiency in Azure Development. Proficiency in software engineering tools. Demonstrated capability to detail requirements and specifications. Experience with a 3D design applications or 3D game development. Experience with CET Designer or CET Developer. Experience with CM Knowledge of Visual Studio, C++ or C-Sharp. Experience with SQL to retrieve and manipulate structured databases. Experience producing, maintaining and publishing catalogues. Knowledge of streamlined workflows for commits, branches, merge requests and Jira-issues. Working knowledge of Agile development methodologies. Experience in Azure DevOps Pipeline. Knowledge with Entity Framework. Use of continuous development, integration and delivery tools (JIRA, Selenium, GitHub). Knowledge of application servers (e.g., Wildfly) and relational databases (Oracle, MSSQL). Experience with NoSQL Database (Azure Cosmos DB). Experience with Servlets, JSPs, EJB, GWT, Web Services. Understanding of TCP/IP Socket Communication, RESTful services and working in a large, enterprise environment.
