Key Requirements:
Previous high-level serving or bartending experience required
Valid Serving It Right certification
Availability to work weekends, holidays and evenings
Solid technical bartending knowledge, including standard cocktails and highballs
Ability to confidently lead conversation and engage guests in any setting
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Passion for sharing great food and drink experiences with guests
Energetic, upbeat, and team-oriented
Capable of demonstrating leadership and making sound judgments with confidence
Key Responsibilities:
Surprise and delight guests with handcrafted cocktails, wines, beers, and other beverages while creating a personalized, engaging connection
Maintain strong knowledge and consistent execution of all beverages on our menu
Deliver full food and beverage service to guests seated at the bar, including offering thoughtful food and drink pairings
Promptly and accurately prepare beverages for both guests and service staff, ensuring quality and speed
Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting bar and lounge environment
