Here’s how As a Clinical Counselor in the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and Workplace Support Program (WSP) at TELUS Health, you will play a key role in delivering counseling services in person, by phone, and via video, from one of our clinical offices located in Granby. Our multidisciplinary, dynamic, and caring team is distinguished by its incredible expertise and generosity in knowledge sharing. You will work with a diverse clientele, presenting various issues, enriching your professional experience, and allowing you to develop your skills. You will also receive continuous support from available supervisors and easy collaboration with colleagues via Teams chat. How you will make a difference: You will offer short-term (3 to 6 sessions) and medium-term (10 to 12 sessions) counseling to a diverse clientele, in person, by phone, and via video. You will manage a varied caseload tailored to different client types and consultation needs. You will ensure administrative follow-up on cases using simple clinical templates that facilitate note-taking. You will work in support of the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and Workplace Support Program (WSP). You have: A Master’s/Doctorate in Psychology or a related field in mental health and human relations. Full membership with the Ordre des psychologues du Québec or a psychotherapist license. A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience. The ability to set short-term goals and use a solution-focused approach. A good knowledge of community resources.
