We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join our team in a key administrative support role. This position is responsible for creating and managing electronic files, accurately processing medical documents and invoices, and ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding information. The successful candidate will coordinate client appointments with providers across Canada, maintain thorough records, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the claims management process. Strong operational knowledge of Microsoft Office, business equipment, and a high level of resourcefulness are essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service.
