Immediately, we are seeking an ambitious, action oriented individual to join our Marketing Department. ABOUT THE ROLE: The Content & SEO Manager will lead the content marketing & SEO strategy, working cross-functionally Product and Sales to produce content in multiple formats to attract, engage and convert service & construction contractors. The ideal candidate will blend creativity with data-driven insights to produce compelling content. The individual will also ensure a unified Jonas Construction brand and messaging on all prospect and customer facing platforms. KEY RESPONSBILITIES: Content & Social Strategy Develop and manage a comprehensive content strategy aligned with SEO and business goals. Research and produce high-quality, relevant, and original content (i.e. blogs, landing pages, case studies, whitepapers, social media, etc.) tailored to the construction ERP and accounting space. Manage and enhance online presence, including the website, blog, email marketing and social media platforms. Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to plan, execute and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns: email, social media, tradeshows, events, etc. Manage the content and social media calendar and ensure timely delivery of content pieces across multiple channels. Monitor content performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush. SEO & Performance Optimization Manage and oversee the SEO strategy to drive organic traffic, improve search engine rankings and AIO. Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices (technical, on-page, off-page) to optimize all web and blog content. Stay updated on search algorithm and AIO changes. Leadership & Teamwork Manage freelancers, contractors or relationships with agencies as required to support content & SEO goals. Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to ensure alignment on brand messaging. Present reporting, performance results and insights as needed. Research and present AI, content & SEO tools to stakeholders as needed.
