As the Director of North America Operational Solutions, you lead the team that
is bridge between HQ partners and in-store operations teams —partnering with all
to elevate both retail guest and employee experiences. You and your team are
accountable for our standards in operating, lead optimization and change
management efforts, and set strategic projects and investments that transform
our retail business. You do this while gaining alignment with stakeholders,
including executives, advocating for frontline teams and ensuring their feedback
shapes our North America regional retail programs. By combining your operational
expertise with a deep understanding of our brand and guests, you’ll create the
optimal conditions for our stores to thrive—delivering an extraordinary retail
experience every day.
This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to occasional
hybrid remote work.

Our Operational Solutions Team is the backbone of our retail organization. We
support the operations team with solution designs that deliver world-class guest
experiences, effective store processes, and enable scalable growth. By
partnering closely with the business, we ensure every store operates with
intention, efficiency, and excellence.

If you were the Director, Operational Solutions now, here are some of the
activities you would be doing:
- Developing your team in the skills and capabilities to delivery high-quality
results
- Setting the standard for and elevating in-store operational programming
- Creating the key long-term strategic planning investments needed for growth
and scalablity
- Gaining business alignment for key investments and changes in retail
- Reviewing and analysing key areas of opportunity for business process
enhancements in retail operations and guest experience
- Managing processes for operational capacity planning, labour cost management,
change-management return on investments
- Creating, reviewing and/or prioritizing solutions to address operational
pain-points or breakdowns
- Overseeing and ensuring the efficacy and efficiency of operational
programming that supports day-to-day business operations, and new store
openings and go-to-market strategies
- Identifying and mitigating business and operational risk
- Working with and gaining executive level alignment on all of the above
- Creating and managing cost center budgets
- Proposing and defining key initiatives to drive retail P&L favourabililty
- Engaging with other global regions in EMEA, APAC and China on operational
programming synchronization
Are you our next Director, Operational Solutions?
- Bachelor’s degree or post-secondary education in Business, Operations, or a
related field
- Minimum of three years leading teams or functions at the Director level or
above within a fast-paced organization
- Deep expertise in retail operations, with a passion for solving problems and
a bias toward action
- Proven budget, P&L management and financial planning capabilities
- Strong project management skills, including multi-tasking and meeting tight
deadlines
- Data-driven mindset: ability to analyze metrics and produce clear, actionable
reports
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience building
relationships at all organizational levels
- Supporting a team in balancing autonomy with cross-functional collaboration
- Developing a team in proactive in identifying root causes and pursuing the
right (sometimes hardest) solutions
- Inspires breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement
- Genuine passion for the work—and for getting outside and living it (whether
hiking, biking, or exploring the world)

$149,000 - $205,000 a year
A reasonable estimate of the pay range is CAD$149,000 - CAD$205,000 at the time
of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such
as job-related skills, relevant experience, education and/or training. The upper
end of the range is typically reserved for candidates with demonstrated
expertise that is above job requirements or who bring exceptional directly
transferable experience.

include our competitive bonus program and benefits that we offer.
