As our Senior Payroll Specialist you will be joining our 3-person Payroll Team in Canada and Poland, being a part of the global People Operations Department. Reporting to the Global Payroll Manager, the Senior Payroll Specialist will play a critical role in processing and developing payroll for our rapidly growing workforce. We work in a hybrid model – we would love to meet you in the office from time to time. Please be informed that the contract is a fixed term (absence cover) with an intended duration of 16 months. In this role, you will: Process semi-monthly (Canada, USA) and monthly payrolls (Japan, Singapore, United Kingdom). Be responsible for benefits management: onboarding, offboarding, changes and monthly pension contributions. Review invoices and provide backup data to the Finance Team to secure timely payments. Liaise with the global People Operations Team to ensure best practices and good partnerships. Support internal and external audits. What skill set do you need, to be successful in this role? Min. 4-5 years of experience processing Canadian and US payrolls. Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills. Previous experience of working with external payroll providers. Ability to self-organize, work independently, and prioritize high work volume. Creative and analytical mind, a can-do attitude in solving problems. Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-changing and dynamic environment with evolving systems and procedures. Nice to have: Global payroll exposure. Workday system knowledge.
