As an Account Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of financial services clients. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to ensure they gain maximum value from our platform and grow their usage over time.ResponsibilitiesBuild strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients in the banking and finance industryUnderstand client goals, challenges, and KPIs to help them succeed using our platformProactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunitiesManage client renewals and contribute to reducing churnCoordinate with Product, Support, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing satisfactionDeliver platform training, updates, and business reviewsMonitor client usage and engagement data to drive value and adoption What We’re Looking For1–3 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales within a SaaS companyExperience or strong interest in the banking and financial services sectorExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage multiple accounts with a proactive, organized approachComfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environmentFluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
