With understanding of system and vehicle level performane requirements.Develop customer intimacy to (specifically for Level3 solutions) find with OEM proper use case & content enabling evalutaion and articulate total enterprise value to customersFrom BGs & OEMs interactions, structure new product/process solutions, feeding One4You offer using BG's capabilities and needed external contributionsLead & challenge BGs referents & networks to build taylored offer matching specific OEM needs in term of content & competitivness, as well as OP roadmap & profitability targetsAnalyze and provide direction on internal competencies and external partnership engagement (make vs. buy decisions)Track NA regional One4You customer interactions and participate in global One4You steerco. Monitor One4You roadmap and convergence with NA buniness targets.With BG's teams, build RASIC to ensure the lead is taken by the right BG and task are properly dispatched. Integrate central and regional One4You prioities and processes Manages the priorities of the APM & Finance, Industrialization, and Lead Systems Engineer to bring together a comprehensive solution for OEM customer with a strong value proposition.Ensures adhearance to internal governance throughout the ERP / Quotation processesResponsible to deliver Proposal to OEM customer with support of the teamA second dimension of this role will be to serve as a customer champion to an assigned OEM. Position Summary
As part of the extended One4You global network, the Chief Engineer of One4You programs in NA serves as the primary point of contact for all One4You activities in North America. This role bridges customer engagement, coordinates cross-BG (Business Group) technical integration, and strategic planning to deliver tailored, high-value solutions to OEMs. This role ensures technical coherence, competitiveness, and program success across OEM interactions in North America.
Key Responsibilities
• Customer Engagement & Strategy• Act as the regional liaison for One4You, developing strong customer intimacy with OEMs.• Identify and validate use cases for Level 3 solutions, articulating total enterprise value.• Serve as a customer champion for an assigned OEM, synthesizing strategic priorities into actionable business plans.• Solution Development & Integration• Leverage expertise in vehicle architecture and system-level performance to guide solution development.• Collaborate with Business Groups (BGs) and external partners to structure new product/process solutions.• Lead and challenge BG referents to build competitive, tailored offers aligned with OEM needs and profitability targets.• Program & Governance Leadership• Track and report on regional One4You customer interactions; participate in global One4You steering committees.• Ensure alignment between One4You roadmap and North American business objectives.• Build and maintain RASIC matrices with BG teams to ensure clear ownership and task distribution.• Integrate central and regional priorities into a cohesive execution plan.• Operational Execution• Manage cross-functional priorities across APM, Finance, Industrialization, and Lead Systems Engineering.• Ensure adherence to internal governance throughout ERP and quotation processes.• Lead the preparation and delivery of proposals to OEM customers with full team support.• Strategic Analysis• Evaluate internal competencies and external partnership opportunities to inform make vs. buy decisions.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in vehicle architecture development and integration.• Strong understanding of system and vehicle-level performance requirements.• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex customer relationships.• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate customer needs into actionable business and technical solutions.• Experience working with OEMs and global business groups is highly preferred.
