This includes managing internal and external communications, organizing logistics, supporting event execution, and accurately handling team expenses, reports, and documentation. Office Location: 505 Southgate Drive, Guelph, ON N1G 3W6 Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid – in-office on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays) Responsibilities Provide administrative and coordination support to the Sales team Respond to general inquiries and manage internal and external communications Coordinate and distribute weekly Sales team updates and mail-outs Organize logistics for regional meetings, trade shows, special events, and sponsorships Maintain and track sales contracts, promotional materials (Sales cage), and beer vouchers Liaise with the POS fulfillment company to ensure timely and accurate order delivery; troubleshoot issues as needed Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for Sales Representatives Support onboarding of new employees by preparing materials and guiding them through internal tools Process, code, and track invoices, expenses, and company credit card transactions Track and report employee absences (vacation and sick days) Manage administrative tasks related to company fleet vehicles Track and report taxable benefits (event tickets, prepaid credit cards) for payroll purposes Source suppliers and POS items for special requests Perform other related duties as required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative support role Post-secondary education in a relevant field Experience in a sales environment is considered an asset Strong client service orientation Proven ability to build effective internal and external relationships Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Experience in the beverage alcohol industry is an asset Demonstrated alignment with organizational values Think you have what we need, but your credentials don’t perfectly line up?
