Le gestionnaire aura la responsabilité de diriger les besoins analytiques au sein d'une organisation de chaine d’approvisionnements mondiaux. Vous serez responsable d’établir de solides relations avec les partenaires d'affaires dans l'ensemble de l'organisation et de présenter une information financière précise et opportune au gestionnaire de planification et analyse financière et au cadre supérieur et ses partenaires de l'organisation. Responsabilités spécifique : Dans ce rôle, le candidat sera responsable des processus suivants : Partenaire d’affaires financier attitré à une unité d’affaires au sein du groupe Chaine d’approvisionnement; Publication des résultats financiers, support des activités de planification financière mensuelle et veille à préparer et conduire avec son unité les plans requis pour rencontrer les objectifs financiers et ses différentes mesures de performance financière; Support et collaboration étroite avec l’unité d’affaires pour la présentation et le suivi de l’impact économique des fluctuations des prix d’achat en cours de négociations ou à venir dans le plan stratégique long terme; Assure le maintien des contrôles internes avec l’unité d’affaires. Participe activement à la préparation aux décisions stratégiques dans le cadre des négociations avec les différents fournisseurs de son unité en veillant à fournir les analyses financières requises et pertinentes. Qualifications requises : Baccalauréat entre 5 à 10 ans d’expérience dans un rôle de comptable d’unité d’affaire dans une grande ou moyenne compagnie; Titre CPA obligatoire; Communication orale et écrite en Anglais et Français; Solides compétences avec Excel, Powerpoint, connaissance de SAP un atout; Capable de supporter un environnement ultra dynamique; Adaptabilité, autonomie et doté d’une attitude positive. Domaine d’études : comptabilité Title : Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis - Supply Chain General Description : As the Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis on the Suplpy Chain team, you will be responsible for providing analytical support to management, working closely with the business partners. The Manager will be responsible for leading the analytical needs within a global supply chain organization. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with business partners across the organization and presenting accurate and timely financial information to the Finance Associate Director and senior executive and his partners of your business. Specific Responsibilities : In this role, the candidate will be responsible for the following processes : Finance business partner assigned to a business unit within the Supply Chain group; Publication of financial results, support of monthly financial planning activities and coordinate the preparation with the business unit of the plans required to meet the financial objectives and its various financial performance measures; Support and close collaboration with the business unit for the presentation and monitoring of the financial impact of fluctuations in purchases prices during negotiations on the short term or in the long term strategic plan. Ensures the maintenance of internal controls with the business unit; Actively participates in the preparation of strategic decisions in the context of negotiations with the various suppliers of the unit by providing the required and relevant financial analyses. Qualifications: Bachelor`s degree with 5-10 years of experience in a business unit accounting role in a medium or large sized company CPA designation required Oral and written communication in English and French Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, SAP knowledge an asset; Able to work in fast-paced and rapidly changing environment; Adaptability, autonomy and a positive attitude.
